Michigan Industrial Hygiene Society James D'Arcy, PhD, CIH AIHA Fellow - Spring 2008 The Board of Directors of the Michigan Industrial Hygiene Society is pleased to announce that one of our long time members and 2007-2008 MIHS President and current Past President, James D'Arcy, PhD, CIH a Technical Fellow at General Motors Corporation, has been voted a Fellow of the American Industrial Hygiene Association in 2008. Dr. D'Arcy was nominated by the AIHA Aerosol Technology Committee for his dedication and work for the profession and the committee. Only five percent of the AIHA membership can qualify for the Fellow Award, which is given to those individuals that have made significant contributions to the field of industrial hygiene. The members of MIHS congratulate Jim for this notable accomplishment and share in the pride of this award.
